Commercial Art Deco Pendant with Skyscraper Shade, Nickel Plated #2030

Our first love for vintage lighting was the amazing pendants with black and white applied detail.   Here an amazing "skyscraper" style shade is paired on a commercial quality crown pendant from the 1930s.   This has had new nickel plating on the fixture which is both brass and zinc.   At some point one part of the crown was broken and repaired, leaving a crack and patch on reverse sid (not seen).   The nickel was added overall, as there is no way to repair this.   Milk Glass shade had wonderful applied design, though worn from age on several spots.     Notice the original "beauty ring" that surrounds the ceiling canopy.   A purely decorative element.

45" tall overall, 10" wide at top of shade.  Up to 13” chain can be removed to shorten.  Width at beauty ring is 10".
